Hi, I’m Corinna! (she/her)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #139456
My intention is to provide a safe and non-judgmental (sometimes silly) space where you can express yourself freely. Most importantly, I aim to help you feel seen, heard, valued, and supported. You are my biggest priority, and we will collaborate on tailoring a personalized treatment approach that fits you.
My Approach
I am a person-centered therapist who works with what you want to bring into the therapy space. I use a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed approach. This means that I pull from different approaches to suit your needs, am mindful of respecting your pace, and recognize the complexity of recovery from different types of trauma.

My Core Values
-
We heal through connection. Whether it's with a partner, a therapist, or ourselves, relationships are where our deepest wounds and greatest growth happen. My work is grounded in helping people build secure, meaningful, and emotionally attuned relationships.
-
You don’t need to be “fixed”—you need to be fully seen. I believe in honoring the messy, beautiful wholeness of who you are, not pushing you to become someone else. Healing isn’t about becoming perfect—it’s about becoming more yourself.
-
Our nervous systems remember what our minds may try to forget. I bring a trauma-informed lens to every session, honoring the ways your body protects you while gently supporting new patterns of safety, regulation, and integration.
-
You shouldn’t have to educate your therapist about your identity. I create a space that affirms your culture, gender, sexuality, and lived experience—especially if you’re navigating the world as someone who has often felt “othered.”
-
I meet my clients with deep curiosity, not assumptions. Your coping strategies made sense in context—and we honor that, even as we create space for new choices and healing.
-
Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. I acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression and generational trauma, and I view therapy as one piece of a larger path toward liberation, both individually and collectively.
